Igor Skutsenya has 6 years of experience in the telecom industry, being a member of the LANCK team since 2017. He is involved in revenue assurance & anti-fraud projects, value-added services, management and business development sectors, and presents LANCK Telecom global anti-fraud initiatives in GSMA, CFCA, GCCM and other mobile associations & events.
In LANCK Telecom Igor works as a Fraud Management System project manager and Rich Communication Services team leader.
Anurag Aggarwal is managing CPaaS partnerships and alliances at Tanla Platforms, which is a market leader in the enterprise messaging space, and a pioneer in introducing blockchain-based solutions for mobile operators. He is responsible for increasing the global footprint of Tanla Platforms by collaborating with the world's leading mobile operators and messaging hubs/consortiums.
Prior to this, he headed the A2P commercial arm at Tata Communications, wherein he has played a significant role in steering the company’s messaging business onto a growth trajectory – including sign up of over 300 direct operator interconnects, handling the messaging requirements for some of the many well-known global enterprises and social networks as well as managing relationships with numerous messaging business partners worldwide. He has also been a Board Member of the well-known industry body Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF).
Anurag’s work experience spans over a decade and includes exposure to varied sectors including telecommunications, steel, chemicals, power and the retail industry. He is based in India and has completed his Engineering and MBA from Delhi University, India.
With more than 30 years in the Telecoms industry, Mike is an accomplished fraud expert with extensive knowledge and experience in telecom fraud related matters. Joining Vodafone Carrier Services in 2015, Mike has established an effective wholesale fraud strategy and monitoring capability and Vodafone was recognised in 2019 as a ‘market leader’ in antifraud techniques by Globaldata. Mike previously held a number of positions with BT Global Services and as Head of Investigation Services in BT, managed a number of high profile investigations involving organised criminals, working closely with International law enforcement agencies including Europol and the FBI.

- I am responsible to review all Investment cases and recommend appropriate cases to higher management for approval. I have to keep track of strategic projects' progress, taking required actions to keep the progress on track and conduct post evaluations of the projects. My role required excessive stakeholder management including all the departments and higher management. There are some reports assigned to me for daily circulation to management.
