Tim joined XConnect in November 2016 to lead the Number Information Services division, with responsibility for sales, marketing and product management, launching a range of innovative services for applications, messaging and interconnect providers that set new standards for access to network, service and user information.
Tim has over 30 years of experience in technical, sales and marketing roles across the telecoms industry including NET, Sonus Networks, and most recently with Neustar where he managed their relationship with the GSMA and their market leading PathFinder portability and service discovery registry.
He is passionate about establishing a level playing field across the industry, with a common set of standards to ensure the highest quality of service. He sees XConnect playing a pivotal role in this and, as such, works with key industry stakeholders and bodies such as MEF and GSMA to drive this agenda forward.

Etienne Dupont has 8 years experience in the Digital and Tech industries across sales, account management and business development. His current role at Viber spans marketing and business development in France to increase Viber’s visibility, re-engage and acquire new users to grow existing user base. He is heavily involved in the sport vertical, managing a number of seasonal activations (The World Cup, Davis Cup) and also leading Viber’s partnership with the Olympique de Marseille football club. Recently he has lead Viber’s Esport efforts in Western Europe, closing partnerships with a number of esport teams (Fnatic, Team Queso, Solary), that have recently had their chatbot, sticker collection and communities launch on Viber.
Previously Etienne was Head of Account Management at MobPartner, a pioneering mobile performance network, leading an international team of 15 account managers across Europe, US and China, operating hundreds of mobile ad campaigns on different verticals from direct advertisers and agencies.
Originally from an engineering background, Etienne graduated from Arts & Métier ParisTech, France’s leading engineering school and then a master degree at HEC Paris in digital (Management & New Technology).
Ellen is the founder of telXira, a messaging solutions and consultancy provider, in Zurich. She is a Telecommunications Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the international wholesale arena. Ellen is a Management Science Graduate, possessing a wealth experience in both the voice and messaging industry.
telXira offer custom tailored enterprise solutions to the carrier and operator market matching complex commercial requirements with exactly the right technical solutions.
With her extremely ambitious and motivated character she has a strong ability to analyse key customer drivers, watch market trends and is able to identify and exploit opportunities quickly.
Scott has 9 years of experience in the mobile messaging industry across multiple roles in sales, account management and procurement. As Director of Emerging Services at S & BTS Global he is responsible for everything related to messaging including sales, procurement and product. S & BTS is a joint venture between SoftBank and BTS that is building the next generation of CPaaS platforms and provides services to enterprises, mobile operators and wholesale carriers around the world. Scott is passionate about how omni-channel messaging can simplify communication and improve customer experiences.
Kevin Graham is the General Manager for Messaging at Vonage. With 20 years' experience in telecoms and technology, creating and developing partnerships across the globe, Kevin has worked for and with many of the CPAAS industry's pioneering organisations. He has held leadership positions in product management, business development, operator relations and executive management.
