Battalkhanov Tungyshbek was born on September 28, 1972. In 1994, he graduated with honors from the Almaty Power Engineering Institute, faculty of “radio engineering and communications”. He began his n career in 1993 as an engineer of the Almaty GTS in KazTelecom.
According to the presidential training program "Bolashak" in 1997 he graduated from Universitaire de Technologie Nancy (France) with a degree in telecommunications and information networks. He worked as an engineer for France Telecom's technical operations team in Perpignan.
In 2000 he graduated from the Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi, specializing in Economics and Management, also has an MBA Skolkovo Business school.
After returning to Kazakhstan from 1997 to 2006, he went from a product manager in the marketing department to an executive director at Kazakhtelecom OJSC. In 2005, he was recognized as the best employee of the branch of Kazakhtelecom OJSC.
In 2006 he was invited to the position of Technical Director of Kar-Tel LLP. For outstanding achievements in 2008 in VimpelCom Group he received the Diamond Bee Award. In 2009, he combined the position of General Director of Golden Telecom Kazakhstan (SA-TELCOM LLP).
From 2010 to 2013, he served as First Deputy General Director - Technical Director of Kar-Tel LLP, and also acted as Commercial Director and General Director of Kar-Tel LLP.
Since the second half of 2013, he has been General Director at 2Day Telecom (till 2017) LLP and TNS Plus LLP till the present time.
Sergey Kudrin was born on October, 13 in 1969 in Moscow.
He finished a faculty of electronic engineering of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute in the specialty «Optical and optoelectronic systems and devices» in 1992. Also he received an additional education of the MBA program in the management field in International University in Moscow in 2006.
From 1992 to 1998 he participated in launching and exploitation digital international and long distance telephone exchange as an engineer, later ran an exploitation of one of the Moscow telephone exchange with 100 000 subscribers.
From 1998 to 2001 ran a construction and launching wireless networks CDMA standart (IS-95) in Stavropol Krai and a platform for provision of services IP telephony and Internet dial-up access.
From 2001 to 2002 was an initiator of establishment a network of broadband Internet access by technology Metro Ethernet in a few Moscow districts and areas.
Over the period from 2001 to 2018 worked in a “Zebra Telecom” company, where was developing B2B and B2O business direction. He provided a technical exploitation of the platform for prepaid cards, IP telephony and the Internet by the amount of more than 5000 simultaneous connection. He ran an establishment of communication networks in Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Tatarstan, in cities Saint-Petersburg, Nizhniy Novgorod, Samara, Voronezh.
From 2009 was a CEO of the company, established and was developing virtual PBX cloud platform based on open source software, dealt with integration the platform and different IT services of external companies. Implemented a work with a company Central Telegraph of the model PaaS on the established cloud platform. In 2018 the subscriber base of the Zebra Telecom was transferred by its shareholder Rostelecom.
Now he is working on developing his own projects – telecommunication company “Power Telecom” – a communication operator in B2B in Russia and B2O in the world and a service provider of the accounting and tax reporting “Benefit Consalt”. Within Power Telecom in 2018 has been implemented cloud communication platform PaaS – UC24, established on the base of open source software and consisted of virtual PBX, cloud call center.
Ljubica Draskic is Head of Sales and Business Development at Smart CIC, with over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry and IT sector. She is responsible for sales in Europe, covering 28 countries including Russia and CIS, and Turkey. Prior to CITIC Telecom CPC, Ljubica worked as Regional Director for the entire CEE region at Interoute, as EMEA Director of technical support for Lucent Technologies and as European director for Huawei. Her excellent knowledge of IT technologies and the IT market made her an expert in her field. Ascension Cathedral – The eye-catching golden domes and kaleidoscopic color scheme of the Ascension Cathedral in Almaty, Kazakhstan, draw visitors to the city’s Panfilov Park, but the building’s genius architecture and complex history demand just as much attention. After nearly 40 years of deliberations, construction of Almaty’s Ascension Cathedral began in 1904, according to architect Constantin Arkadyevich Borisoglebsky’s design. However, as Borisoglebsky had left the city in 1902, it was regional engineer Andrei Pavlovich Zenkov who made addendums to Borisoglebsky’s plans and oversaw construction. As such, it’s commonly called the Zenkov Cathedral. Construction was completed in 1907. The cathedral is made out of wood but without nails. Its height is 56 meters tall and is claimed to be the second tallest wooden building in the world.

Ile-Alatau National Park – The Park was opened in 1996 and is an area located on the northern slopes of Zailiysky Alatau (“ meaning raised mountains”). The park occupies an area of about 200 thousand hectares stretching from Gorge Turgen in the east to the river Chemolgan in the west. Kazakh Museum of Folk Musical Instruments – The museum was named after the Great Kazakh musician of 19-20th centuries Ykylas, who promoted the purity of folk culture and preservation of various national instruments. Today, there are more than 1000 items of instruments in collection of the museum, which are divided into 60 types of Kazakh national musical instruments. The collection also includes instruments, which were owned by famous singers-improvisers and composers. The most ancient exhibits are dated back to the 17th century.

Koktobe Park – Kok Tobe is the highest point in the city of Almaty standing on an 1100 m hill at the south-east edge of the city. It is worth a visit to Kok Tobe because of its panoramic view of the city from all directions. To reach the Kok Tobe hill, one should take a cable car ride which starts near Hotel Kazakhstan and goes over some of the oldest parts of Almaty and the magnificent fruit growing gardens. Once you reach the Kok Tobe hill, you would see the famous 372 m high TV Tower which is visible from far and offers great views of the mountains and the city plus a few attractions at the top.

Chimbulak Ski Resort – The Shymbulak Ski Resort is located 25km outside Almaty city. There are three ski lifts at the resort with the highest going to 3200 meters above sea level. There is also a Hotel located at the Resort, enabling those wishing to ski during the day, have a place to stay at night. The resort is located in the upper part of the Medeu Valley in the Zaiilisky Alatau mountain range.
