CC has brought hybrid together members and Telco Ecosystem partners representing all sectors, such as: Data, Voice, SMS Messaging, Mobile, VAS, Submarine, ISP, Data Centers and other related areas from more than 390+ members and partners , 120+ companies and 60+ countries to meet and network physically and virtually during the two days.

Mundhir Al Raisi, is in Telecommunications industry since 1998 with broad experience in transmission systems (fixed and satellite). His focus is on technical and non-technical aspects such as Internet policies, the interactions of the Internet with politics, society and the economy, and the service concept with new basic technologies. From 1996 to 2002, he was responsible for the external relations of Internet Service Provider TCP / IP and Primus Telecommunications. From 2002 to 2004 he was in the same position at RIPE NCC in Amsterdam. Carsten Schiefner then represented Deutsche Telekom as International Coordination Consultant and Telnic as "Registrar Relations and Policy Director" at Telnic. Carsten Schiefner has been a member of ICANN meetings since 1999 and has also been a member of DENIC's eGovernment Board since 1998.
Catherine Maguire is an experienced telecom professional with experience in the field of future messaging with a particular focus on Rich Communications Services (RCS).
Catherine is currently a Product Manager at BT with a focus on Future Messaging strategy and rollout. Prior to BT Catherine held the position of RCS Ecosystem Engagement Manager with GSMA, she convened the main users and providers of business messaging through a series of online and face-to-face events to evangelise and promote business messaging via RCS, leading to multiple network launches and successful campaigns. She was also responsible for steering and providing supporting collateral for go-to-market activities by field sales teams worldwide. Catherine also worked as an Account Manager at mGage where she managed the messaging strategy for a large British food retailer.
Before focusing on messaging, Catherine worked as Co-ordinator for the mobile industries’ C-level co-ordinating body. Previous to working in telecoms Catherine worked as Project Manager at Fujitsu, a Policy Advisor for the Scottish Parliament and a paralegal for the NHS in Northern Ireland. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from University of Dundee and is a qualified PRINCE 2 practitioner.
Bernardo Arnaud has built a career in telecommunications and mobile marketing since 2009, being involved with systems development since 2005. He is the founder of StarkSat, a company developing crop monitoring systems and urban area mapping solutions through satellite imagery analysis and IoT sensors hybrid systems. TURKEY
Travelling to Germany from Turkey with all visa categories is possible under certain conditions for people who are fully vaccinated against Covid 19. This applies to individuals who have been vaccinated with one of the vaccines listed on the website of the Paul Ehrlich Institute: https://www.pei.de/impfstoffe/covid-19 if at least 14 days have passed since the last necessary dose has been administered.
RUSSIA
As for now Russia is classified as high-risk area.
If the proof of vaccination or of recovery is already submitted via the Federal Republic’s travel portal at https://einreiseanmeldung.de before entry, no quarantine is necessary, this applies to all persons entering Germany following a stay in a high-incidence area or basic risk area.
The vaccination must be comprised of one or more of the vaccines listed by the Paul Ehrlich Institute at www.pei.de/impfstoffe/covid-19
UK
Starting from 4am 8 August Austria, Germany, Latvia, Norway, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia are in green list for travelling to UK.
UK is classified as a high-incidence area. You may enter Germany from the UK for any travel purpose if you are fully vaccinated.
Those individuals who are not fully vaccinated may only enter Germany from the UK if they are a German citizen; the spouse/partner/child under 18 of a German citizen; a resident of Germany; the spouse/partner/child under 18 of a resident of Germany; serve in an important role; or have an urgent need to travel.
For those individuals eligible to enter Germany who are not fully vaccinated, travel from the UK is generally subject to 10-day quarantine with test and release available after 5 days. Both individuals who can prove recovery from the virus and the fully vaccinated are exempt from quarantine requirements.
ARMENIA
Germany allows unrestricted entry for residents of Armenia. PCR test or proof of vaccination/recovery is required to enter Germany.
Entry from any other country for any purpose (including visits and tourism) is only possible for fully vaccinated People. The traveller must have received the last vaccination dose that is necessary for full vaccination at least 14 days before the date of travel, and the vaccine the person has received must be among those listed on the website of the Paul Ehrlich Institute.
For people not yet vaccinated entry from other countries is only possible in exceptional cases and is conditional on there being an urgent need.
Upon entering Germany, travellers aged six years or older must hold proof of the following:
• Following a stay in an area of variant of concern in the last 10 days: a negative COVID-19 test result.
• Following a stay in a high incidence area in the last 10 days: a negative COVID-19 test result, proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination or proof of recovery from an infection.
• For arrivals by air without prior stays in high incidence areas or areas of variant of concern: a negative COVID-19 test result, proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination or proof of recovery from an infection.
• Following a stay in a risk area (not an area of variant of concern or a high incidence area) and entry by land or sea (e.g. by car or ship): a negative COVID-19 test result or proof of vaccination or recovery from an infection.
Quarantine:
Risk areas - 10 days (quarantine can be ended early by submitting proof of vaccination or recovery or a negative test result via the entry portal of the Federal Republic of Germany (www.einreiseanmeldung.de). Quarantine ends the moment such proof is submitted. If this proof is already submitted before entry, no quarantine is necessary.
High incidence areas - 10 days (quarantine can be ended early by submitting proof of a negative test result, but testing may at the earliest be conducted five days after entry)
